Myself and the family stopped for coffee after the hotel breakfast. Good coffee, nice staff, and a good amount of locals. Comfortable place with games and books to choose from to pass time with your coffee.

Every time I have a weekend visit to KC, at least 2 trips to the Broadway Cafe are mandatory. The baristi are knowledgeable and well trained. The espresso has a sweet, caramelly taste, great for a macchiato. The cafe decor is well-worn but really it's about the amazing coffee. The cafe is a must for those who like excellent coffee.

I started going here because it was a great place to study and it was a cross section of the population. People with sleeves of tattoos, punk rockers, Salesmen, businessmen, everyone was represented. It is locally owned and was not concerned about being slick, just welcoming. The customers are loyal. When Starbucks moved in next door, I do not think... More

It's nothing special. It is a nice place to visit if you live in the neighborhood. But it's not worth the drive. If you don't live in that part of town.

Best place in town to get good coffee and a brioche. In historic west port, place is always packed with young people. You see everyone here , from star athletes to artist & musicians ..

Very busy spot in Westport. Excellent lattes. Nice selection of healthy food options. Good number of tables inside as well as some chairs along the sidewalk outside.

I've only been in here twice but I can already see it becoming a favorite spot. This coffee shop has managed to avoid the typical 'hipster coffeeshop feel.' Emitting its own; laid back, inviting, sort of feel. With a large amount of seating, both indoor and outdoor no matter how packed the place gets it doesn't feel claustrophobic or unwelcome.... More

The traditional cappuccino was very good. The atmosphere was relaxing and it was a great place to meet a friend for conversation.

“I have been going to Broadway Cafe 2-5 times a month for the past couple years, and can sincerely say it is the best coffee I have had in KC. Everytime I go there the employees are great and the environment is relaxing and fun. The line moves fast and is definitely worth any wait. Not only do they have... More
