Its so dark & dingy in there, its hard to read the menu never mind see your food.I HAD A MAUI MAUI DISH...........it was so thin & not that tasty & the drinks all seemed to have sugar in them..........I would not go back even though they have a beautiful girl outside to grab you off the street.

We were on the other side of the bridge and realized we were starving so picked something randomly, unfortunately it turned out to be Medusa. The staff seemed irritated that we were bothering them. The owner was very irritated that he had to stand up to "cook" some "food" for us. We ordered the Carne Asada. This meat-like product tasted... More

Ate lunch appetizers there and had drinks. Lots of people coming through. The guacamole was very good. The beers were cold. The service was a bit slow. All in all not a bad place.

Friendly but very slow service, food mediocre. Not worth a return visit. Chicken burrito mostly rice, had very little chicken in it (2 tablespoons?) And the chicken was a bit gristly. Hamburger was seasoned strangely, and too much salt added, funky seeded bun didn't add much to burger. Nice side salad, with carrot, tomato, sprouts and avocado slice.

A great place to eat on the north beach. We had the fish tacos and the coconut shrimp. Both were excellent.

I have eaten here several times. The first time I had tempura vegetables which was a selection of veggies deep fried. There were four sauces to try. Since then I have had the veggie burrito which is filled with chopped veggies and rice. Very tasty. Did I mention it was filled. I take half of it home. There is also... More

Went here on our first day in Sayulita. Was the closest restaurant to the house we were staying at. I had the smoked Marlin Burrito. They made chicken fingers and fries for the kids. They were fresh chicken breast not processed meat fingers. The food was good. We were the only people in the restaurant so service was quick. Would... More

Food was "meh," service was "meh," and all 3 in our party were sick after. Good to note that they're cash only.

Terrible service, food only adequate, and the atmosphere was below bohemian. Not what I want in a meal. Ever.

We spent an afternoon and an evening at Medusa recently. The afternoon was just for drinks and people watching - the corner where Medusa is located is like Grand Central Station - fascinating! We decided to return later for dinner and I had the coconut shrimp, a house specialty. It was fantastically delicious.
