Nothing Fancy for the decor...it's a truck stop, but the diner within serves up some of the best Southern home style cooking in the area. Not a disappointment . I recently ate lunch there and had the country fried steak with white gravy, fries and greens with cornbread. it was all so good I went back for breakfast at 3... More

A couple of Saturdays ago my Husband and I decided we wanted a change from our usual restaurants and went to Magnolia. It is a truck stop restaurant. No frills, but great service and Excellent food. I had chicken livers with onions and gravy. They were prepared just right, not overcooked or under and very flavorful. The sides were also... More

My husband and I are truck drivers and prefer mom & pop restaurants from time to time to tickle our taste buds every now and then. While passing we stopped in for dinner. The Magnolias menu was a bit scarce which made it difficult to order. Their fried chicken was only boned other than the tenders, they didn't offer mac-n-cheese,... More

Like a lot of truck stops, the parking lot stays full because the food is good and the staff is friendly! This place has a great daily lunch special menu that covers just about anything you may want. I'll be back!

My husband and I go to the truck stop to eat on a regular basis, usually for lunch but sometimes for breakfast or dinner. Their plate lunch is usually really good (I recommend getting there before noon) and offers a daily choice of a meat and 2 or 3 vegetables. We usually go on Tuesday, when liver with onions and... My hubby and I eat here a lot...not many good breakfast places in town...this is simple, no-fuss cooking...breakfast is good...lunch specials are good and reasonably priced. Don't expect fancy, but will be fast...good southern cooking...do wish they had butter instead of margarine :-)

Good food at a good price. I have been by here several times and there was always a lot of cars here so I decided to give it a try. I wasn't disappointed. I had the chicken livers and they were excellent. I will eat here again.
