Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Having seen this cafe online and it looked great & interesting we decided to drive from the Redlands (50 mins away) for morning tea only to find a notice on the door stating it wasn’t open on Wednesdays😢. They should update their website so potential...customers are not disappointed. Luckily for us there was another cafe a few steps away which was excellent.More

We visited Pickers & Co with our son & daughter in law & enjoyed excellent coffee & lovely cakes. I had the biggest freshest scone with jam & cream that I can remember, my wife & son both had lemon cheesecake muffins which they loved...& daughter in law had a lovely rhubarb & apple tart. The coffees were hot enough, not lukewarm, & my long black was excellent. As a barista, I judge coffee shops on their long blacks, & find most to be below par. The ambience of the cafe was lovely with all manner of old wares scattered around. It was warm & friendly, & the staff created this atmosphere.More

I only recently discovered this cafe - it is fabulous. The home-made scones are superb, and they have lovely jams (not only strawberry which I dislike and is usually all most other cafes have). It is full of lovely things to look at any buy...as well. Staff are friendly - a really nice place.More

We stopped in here for coffee after hearing so many great reviews. The parking was limited due to its location but it’s a nice spot near the water. Unfortunately the seating isn’t over-looking the water but it’s quiet. The staff are friendly and there are...plenty of things to look at. The food is limited and was hard to see what was available due to the small display area. They seem to only do cakes & small savoury items. The coffee was a bit cold and not that great. I’m not sure why people have to put so much chocolate on top of a coffee these days. It’s a bit disappointing and ruins the coffee. There is definitely room for improvement here but they probably cater more to the big functions they hold. It’s a nice spot however.More

Stopped in for a coffee at this little hidden gem. Nice coffee at a good temperature and best of all they served almond milk. This coffee shop is also a little gift shop and available for functions. Food wise sells little cakes and muffins to...go with your coffee. Lovely little local which I will return to.More
