So disappointed that you no longer offer thin crust pizza and instead charge double the price for the same overly cheesy doughy products found at every chain store in the world. In other words, soggy salty crap. You used to stand out.

Hard to return

Went here for lunch on a coupon, the décor is very basic, the service very prompt and the servings extremely good, it is a very basic restaurant which is more suited to the lunch trade for workers, but the biggest killer is trying to get a parking spot within 300/400m, I think that there are plenty of other similar places within the area that are far superior, but give it a try yourselves.

Fresh pasta?

My partner and I wanted a quick takeaway the other night. He order chicken parmigiana and I ordered spaghetti bolognese. Given the website indicates that everything is made in house and fresh, I was hopeful. What turned up was disappointing to say the least. The chicken parmi was passable, but edible, but no joke the spag bol literally looked like it had been thumped out of a can - sloppy pasta swimming in slop with hardly any meat. I would be okay with the experience if it is what I was expecting, but don't oversell yourself and under deliver.

Hi Wallis I am so sorry that you didn't enjoy your meal in this occasion, I can promise you that we definitely don't sell any sauce out of a can available in the markets, we do make most of our menu in store and claim to make fresh pasta which we certainly do. If you can call and talk to Surjeet or Chirag at the store and i am sure we can make your experience really amazing. Thank you Mondo Fresco

Pathetic Customer Service

We ordered a penne pasta and marsala. I asked to remove the alcohol from the marsala. You had previously added broccoli and capsicum for free at your own suggestion. This time I likewise got you to add the extra ingredients thinking you would not charge for it. You charged us extra $6 for the broccoli, capsicum and chili (which no other Mondo Fresco does). Every other restaurant informs us that there would be extra charge for any additional ingredients. You are quite unapologetic about it only stating that "management" had changed their decision. Well, I have changed my decision on going to your restaurant. Not coming back. Case study on how to lose customers.

Misssing pizza with order and they do not care

Terrible service. I ordered a pizza and sides, but only received the sides. After a long back and forth with the manager, who blamed the driver, it was clear the mistake was theirs. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager refused to help, telling me to request a refund from Uber and reorder. I lost money, my meal, and hours of frustration. Uber refunded me just $3, and the restaurant couldn’t care less. Complete disregard for customer service. Never ordering here again.

I had a fantastic dining experience at the Italian restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly hospitable. The service was also very prompt. Highly recommend.

This place is a dump there is no service food is crap and they don't serve coffee, the two staff on this visit one was to busy to notice we were there and kept sweeping while the other popped out of nowhere and just stood there .

Not Italian!

I am Italian so I know a bit about Italian food. This place made me the worst plate of pasta that I have ever had. I asked for prawn fettuccine without Parmesan because YOU DO NOT PUT PARMESAN ON FISH, it's the first commandment of Italian cuisine. Look at reputable sources of information if you don't believe me :). They said all their prawn dishes had Parmesan in them (showing their knowledge of Italian cuisine is non existent) except for one so I made the mistake of ordering it. What arrived was pasta drowned in a red sauce so hot you could not taste anything including the poor prawns that were also drowned in the sauce. I would accept that for an Indian dish (a Vindaloo perhaps) but not what was supposed to be an Italian pasta. Great way to ruin good pasta and good prawns, I reckon. My husband ordered penne and he got served fettuccine, so not what he ordered, that were also too hot to taste and drowned in a creamy sauce. Not going ever again.

Surprisingly Good

I wasn't sure what to expect after having a disastrous experience with another Italian food takeaway business. I decided to have some spaghetti bolognaise and garlic bread delivered and was quite impressed with the quality. It is rare that I buy Italian as I usually make it myself but it was nice to have it made by someone else for a change. If I do order Italian in the future this place will definitely be on my mind.

Hi Chalkie D Thank you very much for taking out the time to giving us the feedback and i am sorry that we weren't able to help you with your order; we certainly don't like being abused over the phone with F.... word and that also for someone else's mistake. As you had ordered on Uber Eats and our back end of the the UberEats platform can't control the drivers or anything like that such and thus you found the food to be bad and staff to be rude but we had to hung up the phone as you started your first word abusing us and didn't wanted to understand that we don't control UberEats drivers, so if the food doesn't reach you or something likewise, we love our customers to order from us directly that we can control and be answerable and can fix it straight away.
