We stopped here on the way back from skiing. What a diamond in the rough. I had the fish and chips. 2 big pieces of fish with cole slaw and lots of fries at a great price. My son had the hot turkey sandwich. Of course, had to have a piece of pie! I had the french blueberry cream pie.... More

Stopped by lunch on the way back from the Lighthouse. The waiter did look at me a little funny when we asked for lunch menus and ordered pie first. Didn't want to spoil our pie with lunch! Great helpful staff. Nice place. Looks like the 1950's Happy Days type place.

Nicely toasted English muffin and flavorful hollandaise sauce on the veggie Benedict. Rest of it just okay. Floor was quite dirty (read about this in another review). Clearly hadn't been mopped from the day before. Banana cream pie was a one bite and done situation for me. Bananas were un-ripe, crust flavorless. With all this being said however, my boyfriend... Honestly? I've had better pie. However, the notion of finding a great variety of pies in one spot en route to a rustic vacation is pretty spectacular. The counter staff was friendly and helpful, accommodating our request to have six different flavor pieces of pie placed into one pie tin for easier transport. She expressed concern that the pies would... More

EVERYONE said when we went to the north shore to stop here. The pies were the best, so worth it etc... So being lovers of good pie, we stopped on our last day. It was BUSY! We waited to even order, and once we found out how long a table would be, we ordered 2 to go. We still had... More

We are fortunate enough to live just around the bend from this fabulous restaurant. The pies are amazing! The kids love their pie shakes!

We always stop here when driving up north and always happy we did! We usually only try the fruit pies but man are they good!! The price is reasonable. We got a whole strawberry/rhubarb pie for the group and it was only 18.00. This is a must stop and it has a great view of the lake.

We were up in Duluth and took a drive up to Two Harbors and found this gem. Their food and especially their pies are wonderful. It's very hard not to eat just one piece.

The Great Lakes or Five Lakes, whatever it was called, pie was really good. The other pies are good too. The food isn't anything special. If you're going here for pie though, you might as well buy some food also. There really aren't very many options to chose from around here. It was not busy at all when we were... More
