We visited on 3/18/17. The waiter was very nice, but I soon noticed that our waters were empty and no one had been around to fill them. As our wait for the main course to arrive dragged on, I tried to catch our waiter's eye. Nope. He's busy making small talk with the table in the other room. Finally he... More

Took my Mother here for her very first Muffaletta experience. We had an outstanding lunch! It's a lovely quaint Cafe. The food is wonderful, the staff are personable & friendly, & the decor is minimal but nice. I recommend the Muffaletta it's a marvelous & filling sandwich & their Beer Cheese Soup is superb! Free parking on the side streets... More

Lunch here was delicious, and desserts were yummy. Wait staff was attentive but not pesky. Windows allowed the sun to stream in on a cold day. Parking is free on the nearby streets.

Food tastes good. But it is over priced. And we were given very small portions. My family and I went home and had to eat again, because of the small sizes of the food.

I've always loved the Swiss decor, and treasured the imaginative menu and wines, but hadn't been to the restaurant in over a year, and was disappointed on this visit. The carpet in the main dining room is blackened with dirt and worn thin. The women's bathroom isn't as nice or clean as the last SuperAmerica gas station I had to... More

Came here for Sunday brunch/lunch and not disappointed. Attentive wait staff and delicious food! I had the eggs benedict with smoked salmon. YUM! Artful/colorful plates of food. Shared a few desserts and each one was oh-so-good!. :)

We went there to celebrate a birthday. The food was very good and priced right. They do not have a full bar but have a fairly good selection of beer and wine. Nice old building with cozy atmosphere.

we had 10 people - the back room was perfect, esp given that one of our people had hearing aids, and noise can be an issue. the food was great, the service was to die for. didn't matter who had what, it was good

This long-running Saint Paul institution offers some great food, a nice outdoor deck for dining, courteous service, and is on a quiet street with ample parking. I visited for the first time on a Sunday morning for brunch with a friend as this restaurant has had favorable reviews as a brunch place for several years in the local newspapers. In... More

We were there 7 years ago, it was bad, now it is worse. Same old building, cracks, floors dirty and greasy, food served lukewarm, small portion for the price, service nasty. We wait for lemon wedges and water that never came. Cappuccino, what cappuccino?, no coffee taste, lukewarm, watery, light.
