This quirky little spot is worth looking for. Great food, and the owner/chef speaks about the care he takes with the food ....so that it is the very best. I will definitely come here again!

Loved it. I had falafel with comes with a choice of either pita or tortilla chips for the gluten free, a compassionate touch. The hummus side is expected but the hummus is good (not the best but I am very picky on this food since I grew up with it and we make our own). The cabbage is a welcome... More

We ate there on a Wednesday night - date night. We took advantage of the 2 entree, side dish, and 1/2 carafe of wine special. Good bargain and excellent food! We had one of the sandwich options, 3 of the platters, 3 sides, and tried each sauce option. Everyone really liked their meal. Many options for vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-free... More

Step up to place your order at the counter, and your food will be brought out to you. First, choose if you'd like a pita sandwich or platter or salad. Then choose if you'd like falafel or meat, and which flavor or kind; this step is what drives your price, from $9-12. Last, choose a type of sauce. There are... More

First time there. Have heard about their great food for a long time and their gluten free cheese curds!!! This Minnesota girl has not had a fried cheese curd for over 5 years. Walked in, looked at the menu and I was shocked and overjoyed to have a menu full of gluten free options. They also had a ton of... More

This quaint locally-owned falafel joint in the University Avenue/Midway neighborhood grew from a food truck business (the truck still makes rounds). The basic falaffel menu requires three choices: Sandwich/Salad/Platter, Traditional/Beet/Curry/Stoplight Falafel balls or Chicken/Turkey Gyro/Kofta, and Mild Cucumber/Green Tahini/Spicy Harissa sauce. Entrée prices are $8.50-11.00 and after ordering at the counter your food will be brought to your table (or... More

Foxy falafel has a great crispy falafel sandwich served with lightly seasoned fries. They offer several drinks one being kombucha on tap! It was a nice light flavor of lychee and jasmine. The menu is organized but the decor isn't much to talk about.

I didn't realize that you could get takeout from Foxy! This has changed my life! I've always liked this place because they cater to many diets. It makes it easy for people who have food allergies. I've had many of the dishes over the last year and I think I like the sandwich with the fries. It's so good!!! Order... More

Great (and healthy) salad with falafel and a tasty microbrew on tap were positives of this place we'd heard a lot about over the years. Unfortunately, blasting heat and music made for a really unpleasant ambiance. Despite enjoying the food, I doubt we'll be back.

I stopped in a little late in the evening for a chicken gyro and fries along with a beer. I found their menu a little artsy and the women behind the counter utterly useless, she just kept mumbling that things were "good" and "popular". I guess I was hoping someone could educate me a bit on what I might enjoy... More
