We have nothing like this where I come from. A full gaming store plus a cafe (with a liquor license, although they only sell beer and cider) plus a large games library and open tables. They have event space too.

A great store upfront with the counter to order food from. In the rear, there is plenty of seating, and games on shelves (think public library shelves - there is a system here). We had a great time playing Munchkin, eating lunch, and visiting.
