The concept is interesting, but the food was not good. The dashi udon had no flavor. Although the udon noodles were good, the rest of the ingredients were dreadful. But the worst part was the sushi. I ordered the spicy tuna roll and I was not in the least bit satisfied with my order. I try not to leave any... More

Food is fine. Concept leaves something to be desired. We ordered on one check, but items came as finished. Usually people who order together want to eat together. Tip is preprogrammed into order at 18% and you have to override. You tip in advance of service for the privilege of having your food thrown at you as it is finished... More

This location does not feel like an airport venue. The food is made fresh and is delivered quickly from your order. This location has the best poem shoulder ramen noodle soup ever! The sushi is great and fresh too. The pricing is good and the quality of food is even better. This is located between F & G concourses in... More

The cucumber rolls and the ume rolls had the end pieces up side down right in the middle. The presentation of the food was terrible. They also put the seaweed salad on top of the sashimi on the chirashi sushi bowl. Tuna tasted like the seaweed. The rice was dry like it had been sitting out for a while. The... More

Look people. Airport food is usually bad. Restaurants are crowded.then Simone hot the idea to use hundred of ipads at individual seats and online ordering to make things easier....and boy did they! I hit this spot every time I am at msp. Pho and SPICY tuna with a Sapporo...right on. Fast service. Perfect!

This place is convenient. Has extensive array of options to choose from. The food arrived quickly and was was prepared per the description. I ordered a Pad Thai bowl. It was tasty and nicely priced. Overall service was friendly and efficient.

We had three hours to born. Once we figured out the technology to order it was great. The pork Ramen with wilted spinach was really good. I mean really - your at an airport. We are on our way to Paris so it will be a while for this kind of food.

I am sitting here now. Watching the sushi chef, who is wearing gloves, as he coughed into his hand, picked up his cell phone and is wiping his nose with the back of his hand. Does he not realize we are all watching him? What is the point of the gloves?

Very cool concept, and it looked like a full kitchen sushi restaurant at first glance. The tablet-based ordering is interesting, although obviously lacking the human service experience. I placed an order and waited over 30m for sashimi and one roll, while an in-uniform employee logged into his personal computer and played a game next to me. The sashimi was warm... More
