The food wasn't terrific, but the dusty window sill, filthy floor and torn and dirty booth put me off before I started. I kept wondering, if the public areas are this bad, what does the kitchen look like. Please clean up, perhaps you can't afford new booths, but cleaning is free.

Joy's Pattaya is an outstanding Thai restaurant. I had the Tom Kha and the Pumpkin Panang Curry, both were excellent. The spices (heat) were perfect to my taste (I like Thai on the hot side). I would highly recommend Joy's.

I love this place, and my colleagues love it! When we want to do a working lunch 9 times out of 10 we choose Joy's! If you live in the Bloomington, Richfield are and you love Thai food or what to try it, Joy's is the place. Their Lunch pricing is affordable. Dinner is priced a bit higher, but typical... More

We went with our kids and my cousin. Everyone was extremely pleased with their dishes. I had the level 4 massaman curry. It was freaking amazing. And it was HOT but in an addictive, I can't stop myself from eating this though I'm sweating and I feel like fire is coming out of my ears, kind of way. If I... More

I've enjoyed numerous excellent vegan lunches with fast service at under $10. Everything I've tried has been excellent and I really appreciate that vegans can have a choice of tofu or mock duck. I wish they had brown rice and that they would reduce how sweet many of the dishes are. They say they can't change how sweet they are... More

We travel from Wisconsin to go to this restaurant - it is THE best authentic Thai food you will get in the Twin Cities and the staff are just great as well!

We stopped at this new Thai restaurant for the first time for a to go order. We got vegetable massaman curry, Penang curry with chicken and spring rolls to split. We both love spicy food, so ordered it extra hot. It sure was! And that is a compliment, a lot of places won't give you really good spicy food in... More

I ordered the Tom Yum soup and spring rolls. I loved the soup and the spring rolls had avocado, mango and shrimp which I found to be a really nice recipe. The peanut sauce for the spring rolls was simply delicious. The appearance of the restaurant is not top notch, but its perfect for those looking for decent thai food... More

Brought the family here because we love Thai. If terrible service and a Filthy restaurant don't bother you then this is the place for you. The menus were so full of food we had to wash our hands. There was sauce on the seat that ruined my wife's pants. We lost count of the number of dead flies in the... More
