I took my family here. I was excited to try the Machete, an 18 inch corn tortilla taco. I had mine with chicken. The chicken looked like cat food and tasted terrible. There was less than 1/4 oz of sour cream on the 18 inch...taco. They give you bottled soda instead of fountain. It was almost $70 for 3 adults and 2 kids. TB would be half the price and twice as good. I admit the $6 piece of cake was very good. It seems like the restaurant was thrown together quick and cheap as if they didn't expect it to last..🤣🤣More

Food was good, staff was very friendly and helpful. Visited with our family of five, a few is which are picky. There was something for everyone, and it looked good enough that our pickiest eater tried some food besides just the cheese quesadilla. Overall great...quality for a fast casual chain.More

Based on recommendations here, tried Tamales, Fish Tacos, Barbacoa, and Pastor at Taco Libre at Oakdale. Very good food and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Stopped for a quick lunch. Good options. Was quite busy. A bit slow to get the food. Food was tasty. Atmosphere was ok.

We ordered carryout out the other night. I enjoyed the fried fish tacos. I also ordered a veggie taco but it was rather small and plain. Nice salsa bar where you can get your own salsa with a variety of heat levels. Guac was good...with chips.More

Excellent street tacos. Also there is a salsa bar with a nice variety. We had the asada and carnitas, both were good but the asada was my favorite. I'll be back

I came here for lunch about 10 months ago and absolutely loved it- I have no idea why it took me so long to come back- I had great food this second time as well! I had hips and guacamole, which by the way, is...the real stuff, not a runny sauce. I also ordered some jalepeno queso dip which was awesome mixed with the guacamole on the chips! I had a steak taco which was on two little corn tortilla, and had some onions and cheese, as well as a wedge of lime I squeezed on it. Yum! I also had a verde chicken tamale which was okay. I did like the taco better, but it was good. One of my favorite things is the wide variety of salsas they serve at a self serve bar. They range from mild (cucumber avacado, mild red tomato) to hot! I believe there are 8 kinds? It’s fun to experiment and put some of each on your food. I’ll be back!More

The value was very good as was the quality. The only thing I wished was the tacos not be so much over the top. I love all the good stuff, but when the extra toppings take away from the flavor, it is literally distracting.

I went back to Taco Libre today just for the cucumber lemonade. It is refreshing. I have found the customer service to be friendly and helpful.
