Been eating here since I was a fetus. Love the pancakes, love the comfortable atmosphere. Emily and Elliot are welcoming.

A good place for breakfast. I'm picky on how my eggs are prepared. They were perfectly cooked the way I requested. Down side was only wheat or white bread/toast and very limited jam selection. Sausage links were good and not greasy. I'll definitely go there again.
Finally got up early enough to get into this place, uncrowded. Just a small town Cafe atmosphere.no magic tricks, just home style cooking. I had the Country Fried Steak Special, with Eggs and Toast,my Wife had the "Michael's Special",(Tweggs,3 Sausage Links, pancakes). Nothing about this experience was world splitting by any means, but it was hot, and quick.
Clean, friendly, small town diner in the city. Good food, great prices, and fun atmosphere on a Sunday morning. We were in before 9 and got a booth right away. Everything was tasty and came out as ordered. I don't know if we will make it a regular stop. Many great places to choose from, but we would go again.... More
I live near Emily's and it is my favorite breakfast spot! A great corner café that still has breakfast bar seating! I have been going here for years and no matter what I order, it is always great! The highlights of a good weekend breakfast at Emily's are eggs are cooked exactly to order, crispy bacon, and a good cup... More
I will start by saying I love Emily and Elliot the owners of this establishment. They welcome everyone to their restaurant. When we first moved to Minneapolis we were all terribly home sick. It wasn't until we ate at Emily's, a local diner, that we felt like we might be able to make this place home. It is not surprising to see Emily herself eating or hanging out. We only ate here at breakfast. The pancakes were light and fluffy, not... More
I love Emily's. I have been there many times and highly recommend it to anyone who is a fan of breakfast. The pancakes are fantastic. Very friendly place. Years ago when I mentioned that I had never been there before a little while later a woman came to my table and wecomed me. "Hello, I hear this is your first... More
I love Emily's for a quick, homestyle weekend breakfast. Classic eggs, meat and sides. A greasy spoon without too much grease. Service is fast and friendly.
