Realizing yesterday would be busier than normal because of a sold-out concert @Cedar and the Midwest Mountaineering expo, I arrived with friends around 5:30pm to have a beer & eat. We ordered a pitcher of beer & appetizer waiting for the rest of our group...More

First of all, I sincerely apologize for the service you received. And it was the busiest weekend of the year for us, but that's no excuse. It's easier to just say nothing and not return, but your review provides me with information I would not...More

OK, so on my last two visits to this place I was just looking for something to go with my beer... but STILL. I didn't mean to order two of the cheapest things on the menu—I was merely choosing what sounded good at the time—what...More

Went for quick lunch with my UofM student. Love that their burgers (about $9) come with either fries OR a side salad. Salad was nice, fresh greens with choice of dressing. burgers are the old-fashioned kind with a toasted bun. Yum. They will validate parking...More

Only tasty food is served at Acadia Cafe in Minneapolis. The french fries are fried to perfection and the potatoes are very fresh. The hamburgers are very satisfying. Hummus and pita bread was the best I ever tasted. I was really impressed. The atmosphere is...More

Both times I've stopped in this cool West Bank joint I've desperately wanted to kick back and enjoy the great beer offerings, hip but honestly unpretentious vibe, and truly comfortable one of a kind layouts .... and both times I've been utterly unable to do...More

I don't know if you were here yesterday when the review was posted (November 21st), but it's one of the busiest days of the year due to the Midwest Mountaineering bi-annual expo. This weekend is unusual for us in terms of the business flow as...More

This is a cool place, decent prices, nice atomsphere! The eats are fairly good. On of this things that surprised me, was the free parking (this is pretty much downtown Minneapolis). I'd not hesitate to return.

Service at Acadia is not the best but the food and drinks they offer are really good and great value. Acadia is known for live performances and that's why many people go there. However, they do operate as a restaurant/bar during normal hours so it's...More

Tried this place during a recent trip to Minneapolis after seeing their tap list online. We're picky and were thrilled to see both 2 Porters and 2 Stouts on, all of average ABV. The beer list includes local Minneapolis beers as well as other craft...More

As they say, no crap on tap. I was in town for a conference and wanted the local flavor. I think i found it. Burgers are fine, better than applebees. Beer selection was good and the service was prompt. You order at the bar and...More

This cafe & bar may seem small and crowded, but the food & drinks are delicious and reasonably-priced. Something's always hopping at Acadia - nearly every day there are posted event-nights, mini-concerts & drink specials (for instance, the interesting local and imported beer flights [4-oz...More
