I get the same thing from this Brueggers about once per week. The staff are a bit quirky, but they clearly remember repeat customers.

The bagels are not exciting, but I know what to expect when I go there, and the prices are reasonable. The sandwiches are good and the coffee is good for the price.

Worth hitting up Bruegger's for a Friday morning bagel with coworkers... they may not always have your bagel, but it's worth stopping in.
