The food was pretty good but very expensive for what you got. Not much to pick from but convenient when you are staying at the lodge.

Moguls has a new & very creative chef. The food is wonderful & the service is very attentive. In the winter you can eat inside by fireplace. Summer enjoy the outdoor patio by firepit. They will serve you everything outside, including excellent adult beverages. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Not our first trip to the North Shore nor our first stop at Moguls. Drove over to the restaurant for supper on an early fall evening. Unless you know where this place is, it can be a little hard to find. There were a few folks already dining but a fair amount of seating available. The menu is limited and... More
This charming restaurant is located in Caribou Highlands up on Lutsen mountain. Good food at an affordable price with great views. Worth the drive!
This was our second stay at Caribou Highlands Resort. We ate at Moguls both times. The food is consistently good. We opted for appetizers and beer since the weather was warm, sunny and kids wanted to get back in the outdoor pool. Hands down the best walleye cakes in the state and the nachos are fantastic. We stayed at Eagle Ridge and were able to just take a quick walk through the parking lot to Moguls. I would give it 3 and a half stars for both breakfast and lunch. It is over priced but, they kind of have a cornerd/captive clientele so you just have to accept it. The food is good, even better then... More
Many of the tables overlook a forested area and the courtyard of the hotel here. The food was good, although on the pricey side.

I have to note it was only 6:30 pm, prime time for dining. Very expensive for what you get, would not recommend this restaurant over others in the... More
