My girlfriend treated me to dinner at Jensen's for my birthday, a first for both of us. The atmosphere was nice with a lot of privacy at each both. Since it was my birthday we got a white rose on the table. Each meal comes with a salad and popovers both which were very good. We also got a cup... More

Popovers with honey butter.... need I say more! This place has an old supper club feel. It is located next to the Eagan outlet mall if you want to get some shopping in before or after a great meal. The service and the food were spectacular. I had a fun drink called a key lime that was unique and delicious.... More

We went to Jensen's for my husband birthday. It was over 2 1/2 hours to eat. Everyone that was seated in the bar could not get waited on. Asked the manager and was told that they only had one bartender and we had to wait for her to find time to wait on us. She was to busy making drinks... More

Went to Jensen's on the advice of some friends. They raved about the popovers and salad. We were not disappointed and would recommend the restaurant to anyone who likes home made food in a warm comfortable setting. They have early bird specials for dinner starting at 3-6 if you want to try it at a discount but we found it... More

What a great dinner. Food delicious, service so nice, atmosphere very inviting. We have never been disappointed. This place is all that we wanted. Filet mignon and steak, house salad, lobster bisque, popovers, and yummy celebratory cake. Thank you, Jensen's.

We were there for our anniversary and were treated with exceptional service and food. My wife had the Filet Mignon Oscar and I had the Walleye Oscar both were done to perfection. Our waitress was attentive but not intrusive. We would recommend Jensen's to couples, family or anyone, we will be back.

I would have given 5 stars, but the asparagus was not cooked and still cold. Otherwise the food is wonderful and enough to share. Eagan doesn't have a lot of fine dining restaurants. This is really a hidden treasure.

Description
He Jensen family has been in the restaurant business for over 60 years. In 1947 Doron Jensen's grandfather Al and his brother Pete Jensen founded Jensen's Cafe in Fremont, Nebraska. Doron started his restaurant career working for his grandfather at the cafe. When Al died in 1979 Doron wanted to takeover Jensen's Cafe but he was too young at the time. Doron worked in the chain-restaurant business for many years, including founding a local steak house chain. He eventually grew tired of chains and wanted to start a "Local Landmark Restaurant" dedicated to his grandparents. In 1996, Jensen's Supper Club was born. Jensen's Supper Club was created with the mission that Supper Clubs belonged to the community. The 40's and 50's were the glory eras for Supper Clubs and they evoked a sense of occasion. It was a special place to celebrate with your family. In 2014, Jensen's Supper Club became Jensen's food & cocktails. The objective was to create a more casual atmosphere environment more welcoming to a broad demographic. Surrounded by new outlet shops Jensen's food & cocktails becomes the perfect pre- or post-shopping experience for lunch or dinner for anyone seeking a great meal in a casual atmosphere offered with impeccable service. Jensen's food & cocktails continues to celebrate its original mission: A place not merely to dine, but to celebrate!
