Visited a couple of weeks ago with a couple of colleagues, the food was okay but nothing special, I had the sausage and mash which was hot, but bland, neither the sausages orbthe gravy had much flavour.

An impromptu visit and have to fully agree with the previous review on 4th June. Defrosted baguette and service appalling. Won't be going back. Avoid

Located on the busy A31 near Corfe Mullen, you could be forgiven for driving by thinking The Coventry Arms is just another local pub. However this 15th Century Inn, has so much more to offer. Inside there is a lovely bar offering local real ales, and a great wine and spirits selection. The restaurant seats 50 people with more comfortable seats available outside on the rear (heated) patio. Our large gardens have ample seating for over 100 people, and we have 3 large dining tents that can seat up t0 10 people each. Our River Lounge, right on the edge of the River Stour with comfy lounge seating and heaters is the perfect spot to sit and unwind at end of a hard days work or sightseeing.
