Glad my daughter and I stopped there! We both had the chicken shawarma, wonderful. But the surprise was how good their fries were. Will return

My son goes to Eastern Michigan University and he was the one who actually turned me on to this place. Now it has become one of my family's goto spots. The staff has always been friendly and we have always enjoyed our meals. We really like the chicken shawarmas. They also make some great smoothies. Portions are great and prices... More
We went due to excellent reviews on TA, so perhaps our expectations were a bit too high and overall it was disappointing. While we could not say the reception was unfriendly, we were not welcomed as we came in; it felt a little awkward. Same with the food, I liked chicken lemon soup, and grilled chicken was pretty good, but... More
Nestled at the corner of a small strip mall, I expected a fast food environment. I was wrong (don't tell my wife!). Though the atmosphere was simple and casual, there were actual menus, clean and orderly tables and awesome service. My server recommended the Mixed Grill with rice and a cup of chicken lemon herb soup. The Mixed Grill consisted... More
If you're looking for great Mediterranean food with very friendly staff this is the place to go. Portions are good, price is good and staff is very nice. Very simple little place proudly displaying some childrens artwork (I would assume to be the owners children whom I often see behind the counter). Very charming, I would recommend to anyone in... I always return to this restaurant each time I am in the area. Everytime I return I am delighted with my meal! My house salad was crisp and delicious with a delicate dressing of olive oil, lemon, salt and vinegar. The pita bread is always good. I chose the lamb chops for my entree. My plate arrived with 4 perfectly... More
A friend told us about this place and we always go here for our fix of Mediterranean food now. Lebanese food at its finest. It's a very unassuming locale and atmosphere, but the chef is fabulous and very friendly. I've tried the Shish Tawook, Mousaka, Shish Kabob, Shawarma, Kibbe, Falafel, lentil soup, fattoush salad, rice pudding, and everything has been... More
Small family owned- & run- restaurant in an unimpressive strip mall, spotless inside with formica tables. Excellent hummus & taboulli, soups, lamb, chicken & beef dishes. Finished off with the perfect rice pudding! Service attentive and prices low-to-moderate. Takes credit cards. No liquor license. My wife and I had a great dinner here. Highly recommended!!
This hidden jewel is located in a small strip mall behind EMU. This small restaurant is big on quality, value, quality, freshness, friendliness, great service and Good Food. Everything we were served was delicious. The salad that came with the entree was perfect. Soup devine! This was my first visit to the restaurant so I had a combo plate so... More
