It was ok! Great service! Will probably only go back for dessert tho. Prepare to be there for 2 hours or more! We got the 4 course meal.

A friend and I went there for happy hour and it was great! They have several different cheese fondues to choose from. We order the Wisconsin Cheddar & it was delicious!! Drinks were at a discount as well.
My husband had wanted to try this out for quite a while, so we made a reservation (thankfully) and made the trip. It was an amazing experience. We were there around 2 hours, so this isn't the place to come if you are in a hurry. That is not a complaint, it truthfully does not feel like long time. There... More
We've tried other Melting Pot locations over the years, but first time experience here in Troy for a set menu New Years dinner. We we had reservations and were seated quickly. The service was adequate, but waitstaff lacked the polish and professionalism you might expect at a restaurant in this price range. However they were friendly, informative and were efficient... More
I don't think I've ever gotten out of The Melting Pot in less than an hour and a half. If you do all the courses you're going to be there for a while so plan accordingly. My favorites are the cheese, salad and chocolate courses. We always say we're going to skip the entree but the price is so good... More
We went for our daughter's birthday and got the lunch special - cheese, salad and chocolate - and it was fantastic. There is more than enough food for lunch, and both the cheddar and s'mores fondues were outstanding. It is also a great spot for an anniversary dinner with all four courses. Highly recommended.
We went to The Melting Pot on NYE before going to the Fox to see John Oliver. If you're in a hurry, this is not the place to go. That is not a criticism. It is just a fact. The appetizer of melted cheese with bread, fruits and veggies was great. The main course with several different types of meat... More
Melting Pot is a fun excursion. We went with 6 of us for a family gathering. It's a fun activity to do once in a while, however, in the end - we plan on doing our own fondue event at home with higher quality ingredients and - in the end - much cheaper. The dining experience was fun and I... More
Let me start by saying that I have been to The Melting Pot in several different cities and as a group of 8 women, for the past 6 years, we come to Troy for Black Friday Shopping. It has become a tradition to make reservations at the Melting Pot for the Friday night as it is a fun and delicious... More
