Arbys food is a little on the expensive side but worth it when fresh. Was told food was "very hot" when I picked it up. Barely even warm. And not very fresh. For nearly $9 it wasn't worth the trip.

Who knew they'd only have a drive-thru! Service was quick. Once in a lifetime I suppose!! The food was decent, plenty hot. Now to find somewhere to park and eat it.

There's only one Arbys in Traverse City. It is drive thru only. My food was good but really expensive. $8.15 for a medium five piece tender combo is a bit much. Order taker seemed rude. Not sure about a return visit.

Ordered 3 piece chicken tender combo, large. Several cars ahead of me but the line moved quickly. My food was good. The curly fries were fresh and tasty. The chicken tenders however tasted old. Overall an above average visit.

Extremely rude staff, one in particular! What happened to customer service? I won't name the individual who was working the drive-thru but she needs to learn how to be professional and respectful. I won't be back.

This is not food. Good customer service, apologized for having to wait 5minutes which I giggled at. 5 minutes is nothing. Teller was always kind. Again this is not real food and I think it is disgusting..

Unfortunately there is no sit down area. But here is a perfect Roast Beef sandwich for a carry home meal or a picnic lunch.
