This was the second year we decided to go to The Dorsey House for the Easter Brunch. I called 3 weeks a head to ensure a party of 12, specifying MAIN FLOOR SEATING due to an elderly family member. Same thing last year, when we arrived they wanted to seat us upstairs. They rectified the situation quickly and sat us... More

My family eats here about once a month. Recently they streamlined their menu and raised prices on some items. I usually get "The Clyde", their version of a Philly Steak. But since I'm cheap and the price went up $2, I tried the Murphy Burger. If you like pickles, ORDER THIS BURGER. I asked for the dill sauce on the... More

Have driven past this restaurant countless times during the M-25 construction and finally made a family trip there for dinner. I had the walleye, pan fried. It was delicious. Next time I will try a burger - they looked great. Decorated nicely for the holidays. Staff was very welcoming. Restaurant was clean and roomy.

The Louisiana Chicken Alfredo was fantastic, the service was really good and unlike in the past it was nice and warm for customers to enjoy dinner. Looking forward to going back.

Have been coming here for the past 50 years and while the building has changed, the ownership has changed, and the menu has changed, the quality has not. If you want great homestyle Sunday chicken dinner or a late night pizza they have it all. It's a little off the beaten path but aren't all the great places!!

Dorsey House has a few theme night eats and one of them is their Friday AUCE fish. It is a batter fried cod and I would recommend if you are planning on having more than one serving, place your order for another as soon as your first meal arrives. It is a very popular night and sometimes the second order... More

I stopped by on my way home from a trip to Deckerville, Michigan with my two daughters. The lunch prices were very reasonable and we were served promptly. We ordered nachos, French onion soup and a brownie sundae. All were delicious! We will definitely make a return trip here.

We went for 4 pm on a Saturday. My here was six of us. 2 of us shared the loaded potato wedges and 2 sliders with side of chips. Delicious and more than enough for us two ladies. The other four had the all you can eat shrimp (which was a special) which came with soup or coleslaw and red... More

My husband & I met friends here for lunch. We were seated immediately and the waitress came to take our drink order. She gave us plenty of time to look over the menu & decide on our meals. My husband & 1 friend ordered the Michigan Cherry wrap with homemade chips, I had the Michigan Cherry Salad with raspberry vinaigrette,... More
