This little restaurant was first class. The food was good and filling. The service was friendly and excellent. Someone with an attitude may have more problems, I don't know, but we were treated as old friends.

We stopped there for breakfast. My husband ordered the biscuits and gravy and really enjoyed it. I ordered eggs. Mine was OK but nothing special. The history behind the cafe is really nice. Prices are fair.

My husband had the beef pastie and I had the whitefish sandwich. We were too full to enjoy a piece of homemade pie! We will be back for some tomorrow.
