This is a great Fall trip for the family, although it can get very busy on the weekends. Beautiful setting on the rivers edge. Good fresh cider and donuts daily.

Nice place to take the family on a short afternoon outing. Yates has a nice location where u can go do an outing, fishing, simple hiking, but other than that, they haven't developed their facilities to offer few more attractions, the simplest thing they can do is maybe add a play ground area for little kids.

We love Yates! Every fall we have to come for the cinnamon donuts and fresh apple cider. In the summer the frozen cider is so good!

Although my Century 21 office is close to Papa Joe's market in Richester Hills, where I could easily get my fix for a delicious fall apple cider and donuts...I go to Yates to relish the ritual of falls arrival. It's a mini vacation just moments away. Saves driving way out into the country. It is close to a walking trail,... More

Lots of activities for all ages. Animals, canoes, river bank. Warm donuts are always delicious especially with fresh apple cider. Not a lot of places to sit down and on a busy weekend parking can be a problem.

Great place to stop but plan properly as traffic in the area is a mess between 7-9 a.m and 3-7 P.m. Can be backed up and no where to go. Enjoy.

I love donuts and this place is perfect for that, you can eat them right after they came out of the oven. Delicious!

I stopped in here for cider and donuts with my grand daughter to find no cider until the next week. End of August beginning of September. Still bought donuts, molasses cookies, an flips (like mini pies). All we're excellent. Will return for cider too.
