I heard a lot about this restaurant, so we decided to take a drive and check it out. We weren't disappointed! We were greeted at the door by the owner and seated promptly. Very nice and pleasant dining atmosphere. They're known for their pan fried...More

My wife and I made a anticipated trip to eat at Dam Site Inn. Service was excellent. We were terribly disappointed in the quality of the food served. My "Pork Chops" and my wife's "Four Piece Chicken Platter" were essentially tasteless. Her chicken was greasy....More

Returning to Harbor Springs after visiting Mackinac Island, we drove to the Dam Site Inn. Wow. What a piece of history. The place is worth visiting for its slice of Americana. Interesting atmosphere and venue. But, the food is so good. Get the signature all...More

We just ate at the Dam Site Inn. Everything was so good! Friendly service. We especially enjoyed the chicken. Even the side dishes were very good. Try their poppy seed dressing. It's great!!

What a special place! The Dam Site has held on to its history in all the BEST ways. We went as a group of 7-- grandparents, parents and kids. It was absolutely perfect. We had the 9 piece relish tray, the family style chicken dinner...More

They are famous for their fried chicken dinner with homemade noodles. I have visited multiple times since the 1960s, growing up in the area.

I had heard about Dam Site Inn being a good restaurant but when I saw their sign on the highway, I was dubious about going there because the sign looked old and ragged. I should have followed my instincts and kept driving. It was a...More

Always have loved this restaurant, though I find in recent years the value isn't as good; things that used to come with meals don't anymore but the quality is still good.

You're going to pay $25 per person here (or more). But it is oh-so-worth-it!! Their chicken family style meal hasn't changed in years. I could seriously live on the noodles - be sure to tell your server to keep them coming! Wait staff was polite...More

I am unaware of a reduced price offer. I have been there in various months during their season and it always seems to be the in the same general cost for our group.
