Very nice restaurant, typically Japanese, sushi and sashimi is really of high quality and prices are quite affordable. And besides this, the owners and the people serving at the restaurant are really kind. I've being trying different places in Novi and Ajishin is the best.

I went today for diner and i can tell the best udon soup, just like the naruto ramen soup!. Also the suchi is good! Need to wait like 30 min but this tell you that the food is good if all that people stay there standing waiting to eat.

I had a salmon dish with veggies, the veggies was cabbage only, nothing special at all, too many noodles, not my favorite. I liked the ginger salad, at least. My BF had the salmon roll, said it was okay, not as fresh as Noble Fish. I guess I don't love Japanese food the more I have it.

If you want real sushi, the this is the place for you. Nothing fancy.... Authentic sushi. They're udon is very good too. I tried a cold noodle salad the last time and it was very good. Expect a wait.

It feels like eating in a large city Chinatown. The place is small. The food is good. The prices are very reasonable. The interior decoration is basic. You know that this place is authentic by it's patrons. Many Asian people eat here. In the vestibule, there are ads on a bulletin board and newspapers written in Oriental Type (no English).... More

The food there is always great, so is the price. I have been dinning there for years. The only thing prevent it from being five star is the wait time could be quite long, even if you book by phone, there might be a long line waiting.

The wait is long, but worth it. No waiting area. It's really a whole in the wall and they pack them in! Food is great and affordable. We love the Ajishin Udon. It has tempura shrimp, tofu, egg, onion, seaweed and yummy udon noodles and broth.

Ajishin has one of the best bowls of udon soup in this area. I go only for that! I have tasted lots of soup both in the US and Japan and their broth is the best. A good soup maker knows its all about the broth or base. Its rich, not too salty and has lots of flavor. They are... More

The sushi here was pretty good. Had the eel and shrimp tempura rolls. The eel could have had more sauce and the tempura could have been served warm as fried shrimp should be - and have been at other establishments like this one. Overall the food was good. I didn't try the udon soup but it looked very inviting. They... More
