I think they forgot about me because I don't understand how a basic turkey sandwich could take an hour. People who came in after I arrived got served before me and when I complained I got barely any acknowledgement and kept waiting. It was pretty good food but not worth the wait. I could see if you'd been away from... More

This is a very nice little bakery with good sandwiches, and finally normal cheese!! And all sorts of cheese. Also good juices without sugar and they have a niceness little garden.

Service was great. Prices were reasonable. Bread was a little hard but my ham and cheese sandwich was very good. Very good atmosphere

We went to Pan y Paz for lunch while we were visiting Leon and we were delighted by our meal. We had the cheese plate to share between three of us which had more cheese than we could even eat and with a great variety of cheeses and baguette. We each then had a sandwich; I had a chicken and... I loved the french bakery just to hang around, enjoy good coffee, fresh juices or ice tea. Besides they offer yummy cakes. The staff is also really friendly and helpful.

Had a baguette sandwich and meat and cheese platter, both were great! Service was good, the garden where the restaurant part of the bakery was located at was pretty.

Croissants are really yummy but much more dense than a normal croissant. More bread like than the buttery layers I am used to. Still really yummy and a really nice treat.

Highly recommend! We came for lunch - had a quiche (great) with salad and a classic ham & cheese sandwich (high quality of all ingredients used). Sitting opposite of the glass cabinet we couldn't resist and took a tarte au citron and a croissant d'almondes to go... Simplement merveilleux! Nice staff, reasonable prices and a clear quality approach. Well done... More

I live in Leon and I frequent Pan y Paz. I know most the people who work there now and they are all great. The food is always good and the coffee is the best I've had in Leon and it's not an Americano which is what most other cafes/restaurants sale.
