We always make it a point to stop at the Pixie when we are in Mt. Pleasant. We love their coney dogs, fast efficient friendly service, and fun retro environment.

Husband claims best coney dogs ever. Fun challenges to get your namr on a plaque, the next challenge is to find it when it's up. Fast and friendly.

We stopped on one of the many runs to MSU....so glad we did and we will be visiting again. The food was outstanding! We had sandwiches and burgers and the onion rings and French fries were awesome. Everything was beyond great! This is a great stop for your traditional diner type food. You will not be disappointed. Love it!

This place has been putting out coney dogs and pixie burgers as far back as I can remember. Since I was a child, there has been a pixie. An amazing deal, and a step back into time when you go to the Pixie. Check out the oldies car show on Sat nites during the summer. Love the feel and expanded... More

We stopped in here for lunch and had low expectations, liked the decor, but did not expect the food to be anything special. How wrong we were! My son and wife had flatbreads and both were really good. I had the coney dogs and the fries and onion rings were very good also. We really enjoyed the food and will... More

we have stopped at this restaurant several times when in town, waitstaff is always fast and friendly, food was good for a so called fast food place, not something we would stop at every time but once in a while it gives us a break from fancy places

Remember when the burgers were less than 20 cents. Food is good and quick service. You want flash back to the 50s and 60s, this is the place.

We went here after an afternoon game. The food is good old fashion coney food. It brought back good memories and who doesn't love a good coney dog?

Elvis, pink cadillac, ice cream. It's been a while since these things were common, but go here, dine in, and they are brought back to life. The Coney dogs are a staple as are the bitty burgers. The service is friendly, only downside is that it is a little expensive for the type of food. But the pixie is the... More

Travel back to the days of cruisin', coney dogs, neon and juke box rock n' roll. The Pixie is fun with great food-fast! A deep tradition , quality and community involvement all add up to the spirit of the Pixie. The Pixie Restaurant opened in 1948 and was the first drive-in restaurant in Mt. Pleasant. At that time, the operation consisted of curb service with a complete menu. "Car Hops" would wait on customers in their cars and bring their food to them on trays which attached to the window. Today, the Pixie Restaurant has the 50's/60's neon look and a dining room with a 50's juke box, memorabilia and the same great food and service the Pixie has made famous for nearly 60 years.
