This is a typical beach cafe and store. The seating is basic but perfectly serviceable and the service is friendly and Covid safe. We particularly like the tasty burgers. The combo - with chips and a milkshake for just a little more - is good...value. This is a good venue for a casual lunch with friends after a walk or swim at the gorgeous beach.More
Dusty burger was absolutely beautiful but the chicken burger was a bit dry. Loved the hand cut sweet potato fries. Odd hours as they were closing at 2.30pm and were not open for dinner as we had hoped.
Really nice shop in Sandy beach for a coffee and for some chips & Fish. The staff - specially Matt - is super friendly and is always there for a good chat and make sure you have a good time. Thanks for this great little...spotMore
Its hard to impress me but this place has surely gone above and beyond to make my experience an absolute beauty. The coffee was perfect and the food was fresh. I ordered the sunken chip cheeseburger which had a pickle sauce that was so good...i had to order one more lol. Not to mention the girl who served me, I think Rebecca was her name, served me with a smile that warmed my heart for ages to come.
Thankyou Sunken Chip I will eat there againMore
In Sandy Bay for a couple of nights. We happened upon this place on a Sunday morning. Not to busy and such a nice vibe. Coffee was good and even got a free donut. The place has lots of places to sit. Looks like a...real favourite with locals which in itself is always a glowing recommendation. Shall try and get there again before we move on. Recommend everyone else check them out.More
Funky looking little local beachside cafe, I'll give them that. Purchased a large serving of hot chips(fairly generous in size) and I'm sure if the person behind the counter assumed we had a salt deficiency or not, but the chips were so oversalted that we...had to dispose of most of them because they were inedible. Maybe some " how to properly salt hot chips" staff training might be a good idea?More
