Spent 2 weeks in Michigan, ate out a lot. Best meal of the trip. Pinwheel app then I had pizza, my wife had a burger. All excellent. Good beer as well.

Stopped here late afternoon for drinks and appetizers. Seated quickly in the outdoor seating area behind main restaurant. Server was friendly and helpful describing various drinks and beer offerings. Food and drinks were very good and overall atmosphere of the restaurant and outside patio was...welcoming.More
Love the beer, the food was tasty but not over the top. The service was outstanding. I would recommend this place for couples or families
We dined here based on a recommendation. We would recommend this place as well. We enjoyed the pizza and especially the local brewed beer. Nice place to eat, Staff offered great service.
The food and beer were good. Well prepared with quality ingredients. We sat at the bar because we are retired restaurant, nightclub owners and food service managers. The service was efficient but cold and impersonal. Three 20 something bartenders. No greeting, no socializing with the...patrons and zero personality. Service with a scowl and never make eye contact. I can order from my phone and get more conversation from Siri. Loved the place, good luck making that work long term.More
Good location. Fresh berry salad (strawberries, blue berries and blackberries) with fresh spinach and seasoned nuts was excellent !!
Great atmosphere, the food was excellent and the drinks were good. We had salads, chili and the Reuben sandwich. We made reservations and glad we did.
This was one of the breweries on our first trip to Michigan that was on our list to visit. Known for their Dragon’s Milk series, a barrel aged stout with a variety of flavors, New Holland brewery is distributed in many places throughout the country....Going to the pub there were a couple variants of Dragon’s Milk cherry and mint that even on a hot summer day went down smooth. When we visited it was kids night as they had a variety of crafts and coloring options to do which was unique for a brew pub. The fried chicken sandwich with dragon fire dry rub was spicy, juicy, and just thinking about it makes me want another one. The menu changes but when we went there a cuban sandwich was on the menu and man the crunchiness of the bread along w the pork and ham was everything you would in a sandwich. The kids got pizza as one would expect but they were happy with the choice. As for the beer Blue Sunday(sour), Tangerine Space Machine IPA, and the Black Tulip(Rye Barrel Aged) tripel were the stand out beers of the bunch though there really wasn’t a bad beer in the flights we had. The experience was great here and the atmosphere was a bustling brew pub with lots of happy people. Be sure to see what the wait time is on Yelp and reserve your spot in line as it can be a bit busy. Kid friendly and kid menus $$More
I'm sad! We are big brewery people, always seek them out when traveling. This one was on the top of my list. Sad, to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. No beer menu... I want to know what I'm drinking, hops, fruit, etc....The waiter thought I was crazy when asking for brew menu. Again, I'm a big micro beer person, I want to know. I have NEVER not been offered a brew menu, and I have visited 100s of micro breweries. Went down hill from there. Food was just okay, and not hot. Waiter was over stretched, had trouble meeting our needs. Boo... 😥More
We had an enjoyable lunch at NHBP even though the food was not particularly stellar. But it's got a great beer list, a fun vibe, and the staff was welcoming. I can't say that we really tested the kitchen. We just ordered sandwiches. I got...the Crispy Fried Chicken Sandwich, which was on the small side and not all that crispy. Also the cole slaw side that accompanied it was surprisingly under-seasoned. I cannot recall ever applying salt at the table to cole slaw before. Would I go back? Sure, but it would be for the beer and pleasant atmosphere, not the food.More
We came here for lunch and it was good. A nice and fun atmosphere right on the strip. Bar type food but it was all good and great options.
This place has great bites! It isn't you typical food options. But if you have an open mind to trying something new you won't be disappointed. We got the Pepperoni Pinwheels, because they were a must get recommendation from a friend. OMG delicious! We actually...went back two more times during our visit just for these pinwheels. The Pickle Pizza sounded weird but I LOVE pickles and wanted to try it. It was so YUMMY, I wish I got one for home. You can't go wrong with anything here. We had the same waitress during two outings here. She was super friendly. Each time we watched one of her tables leave before ordering. She was visibly upset by it but kept her composure and as time went on she was back to her cheery self. New Holland Brewing will be a staple every time we visit Holland.More
Very accommodating for allergies Food was good Service good! Clean place with nice bar tenders Would go back
We ended up trying this place because it was one of the only places open on a Sunday and we were pleasantly surprised! Great food and drinks! We got the Land Down Under (drink with strawberry/pineapple infused vodka and some fruit purees Yum!!) a new...England IPA, pepperoni pinwheels, the double cheeseburger and the steak sandwich. Everything was really good. One of the best burgers I've ever had. Great downtown location and super friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!More
Prepare to be disappointed. Upon your arrival, when there are 40 empty tables, you will be told there is a three hour wait. When you sit at an open table in the bar, you will be told to leave in 45 minutes (a reserved table)....If you dare enter the ‘beer garden’; prepare to be told that all tables are full, even though 3/4 are empty. No options given. Poorest operated brewery in West MI. Beer is good though. Worth the scowls from the ‘management’. That is a loose term for this establishment.More
