This restaurant needs a total gut. The bathrooms are nasty and outdated. The restaurant isn't in great condition either. The food is ok not great for the price.

This restaurant was just down the street from the motel where we were staying. It was a Sunday night and only one car was parked in the lot. Inside, we found the booths empty, but the waitress was friendly, prompt, and service-oriented. The food was delicious and healthy enough to satisfy this diabetic veteran of quadruple bypass surgery. Meanwhile, other... More

Restaurant, food, and service all great. My issue was with the ease of getting on and off for this stop. You can get off going N but there is no ramp back on to continue N. There are 3 signs marking left turn to I-75, but they all appear to turn into a parking lot or small street. Guess you... More

Typical food for Big Boy Restaurants. We had breakfast at 5pm or so. Bacon was a little fatty but still, who doesn't love bacon? Nice staff, clean tables, good food, well prepared. It offers a salad bar, well stocked. Filled us up and happily went on our way.

Stopped at this Big Boy for lunch with my wife. She ordered the Beef Vegetable Soup and I had the burger bar. Soup was good and the burger bar was great. I had 2 burgers topped with grilled onions and cheddar cheese. Just the way I like them. Also no rolls. In addition they had a salad bar and various... More

Sticky floors, tables, booths, just about everything. Our server was below average. She auctioned off our food which was not complicated, 4 adults and 2 kids meals. Took over 25 minutes to get our beverages, after a 20 minute wait to order them. I've been in the food business for over 35 years and that is unacceptable. The store was... More

Our party of 8 stopped here for breakfast on our way home from camping in Grayling on a Sunday. We were hoping to eat the breakfast bar, but we were told it was $12.99 for adults and $4.99 for kids. This is almost double the price of Frisch's Big Boy prices in our hometown. We were also told that the... More

Our server was very nice, and fairly attentive. The salad bar was in dire need of refilling when we went up to serve ourselves. I'm not sure why it took until we were halfway through our meals for someone to refill the salad greens, buuuut... The food was average, but the fries could have been fresher. You'd think when you're... More

I stopped by on my way north on business. This Big Boy has not been updated at all like so many others in Michigan - it is tired and dirty (and this as "corporate owned" site I was told!) I was at a different Big Boy two weeks ago and added a salad for around $2.50 to my dinner. Cost... More

Best fish and chips we ever ate. Service and cleanliness of restaurant were excellent. Ceasar salad was also very very good.
