Nothing beats the feast to the senses that the Reserve Wine and Food in GR serves. From the L. Mawby bubbly which paired well with the tortelli...oooh oooh oohmm... the flavors exploded in the mouth. Seven of Hearts Pinot Noir paired well with the green...More

We stayed at the Amway Grand and decided on stopping in to the Reserve for a quick bit as it directly across the street from the hotel. My wife had a glass of Riesling which we found a little on the pricey side at $18...More

My wife and I stopped in Reserve during ArtPrize looking to get away from the crowds and rain. I'd been to Reserve several times before and have always been very satisfied with their lunch menu. This visit was no different. The downstairs seating is always...More

This wine bar has a modern, open feel. As one might expect from a wine bar, wine is the star - nice selection of wines and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about the wines and the foods. I especially like the variety of cheeses and...More

We had dinner at Reserve a couple of weekends ago for my best friend's bachelorette party. They sat us in a private room next to a wine vault. They were kind, and even gave us free champaign when they thought they had made us wait...More

"Major disappointment" would be the words used to describe this establishment. First off, they made a huge fuss that our group would have 16 members; we tried to make reservations a few times the week prior to our visit, and it was only at the...More

Went to the reserve during Art Prize. It is in a great location next to the Amway Grand. Great place for trying different wines- but pricey. They offer "taste" of wines that are between $3-7. It is just that - a swallow of wine. Food...More

We agree with many of the other reviewers......Reserve is pretentious, touts their wine list (which lacks our favorites from the Mosel Valley or even a decent Russian River), and has atrocious service. It's been almost a year since we were there so I don't remember...More

Always a true gem, don't miss the charcuterie tray! We asked the server what he recommended and went with that. Fantastic! We even went home with an extra chunk of the mild and tasty Kentucky blue cheese. Wines are fresh and always evolving, yet the...More

stopped in after dinner at Ruth Cris for a night cap, very nice. My wife had a wine flight, very good. I tried a local bourbon, very good. Ally was the bartender, very nice young lady.

Description
Reserve is proud to present Grand Rapids with our homage to Wine, Pork, Cheese and even more wine! Reserve has developed a network of purveyors to supply hand-selected, seasonal produce, pork, Michigan raised lamb, beef and fish to anchor a locally driven rustic yet refined menu of simple, eclectic fare. Our goal at Reserve is to source the best possible product as close to home as possible. Our Charcuterie bar will serve up local and international cheeses and meats along with Reserve exclusives, house made sausages, terrines, and pates. The extensive international wine list was developed by certified sommelier, Peter Marantette. The list features 102 wines by the glass and a bottle list of nearly 300 selections. Artisan cocktails and a focused craft beer list round out a unique dining experience here at Reserve.
