Service is always very friendly and I especially enjoy my student discount. Sandwiches are good, I'm waiting for one to really wow me.

This is a great locally run and owned cafe. Counter service is always friendly, food is prepared and served promptly. It can be a tough decision on what to order because there are so many great choices. I frequently get the Bambino sandwich which has yummy pepperoni on it. We usually split a Genesis Tower salad. There is a good... More

Ok. So they try to be hip, I get that. They try to be cool, and I can understand that, too. But to be snobby, as a business? That I simply can't understand. While the food was decent, the overall attitude was patronizing and rude. I don't plan on returning.

Went here for lunch on a beautiful spring day. Had the "Hurley Med" as they call it. It was absolutely delicious and would order it again and again. I definitely recommend Hoffman's. By the way, the names of the sandwiches are downright amazing.

Went here with my fiancée to check out the good things I had heard from friends. It was a little pricy, but we really liked out wraps. We had the A/C Spark Plug and the Baja on the Bricks. The staff was awesome too. The store was a little chilly, but it was still a really unique and cool place.... More

I stopped in to walk through the antique store. On my way out, I got an iced coffee. It was ok at best. I should have tried a sandwich since that's what this deli is known for. If I go back, I will skip the coffee.

I don't know too many places in downtown Flint but a friend recommended this place. Service was quick and friendly. Sandwiches were large and tasty. They have a big selection and the prices are reasonable. Will definitely return.

Wife and I visited for first time today. We shared the turkey Reuben sandwich and both of us enjoyed it. Service a bit slow with only two people working but not a big deal. We will return here on a future Flint visit.

Flint is known for many things, but good eats isn't one of them. I wouldn't travel just to go to Hofmann's, but it's becoming my go to place when I'm in Flint. The salads and sandwiches are fresh and made with good ingredients. The outdoor eating area (good for warm weather only) was designed with imagination and humor. In addition... More
