I've been here several times and recommend it to friends often. I like being able to order small portions and try many things instead of one big meal of the same thing. They have a great brunch menu, original cocktails and outdoor seating. I'm not a fan of the large picnic style seating in the front so I usually go... More

Limited menu with tacos, hot dogs and sides. Tiny tacos for $2.95 each, but they're awesome. My favorites are the Al Pastor and Adobada De Pollo. The hot dogs look interesting, but I haven't had. Good drinks menu. Seating is large tables and benches so don't go there for an intimate table. Nice bar seating.

This was clearly a place for drinking more than eating...very limited menu. Taco's and hot dogs. There was also a brunch, not sure if that was just on the weekend? They seat you at long tables, there were a few booths, so you end up sharing your space with other folks. The drink list was very long...so clearly it's more... More

I live and work in Michigan and have been to Imperial a couple of times in the past and have had a decent food and drinks every time; but this particular time I had some co-workers from our Mexico facility here in Michigan and didn't truly want to take them here since there was no way in knowing if they... I would not classify Imperial as a restaurant. It is a bar with limited food. They serve a variety of 3 bite tacos, a variety of hot dogs and, chips and salsa or guac. That's it. The service is also not the best. It took over an hour to get the tacos my friends ordered.. I expect everything is pre-made... More

I was lukewarm on this place when I reviewed it in 2013. I liked it more this time. It is primarily a bar with a creative mix of Tex-Mex bar food. Great place to hang for a few hours which we did before a concert.

They have a great selection of little street tacos serves family style. They do not have a tap though so beer is in bottles and cans only. I suggest getting one of the house cocktails they are great and go well with the tacos. Seating can be a challenge for dinner this place gets packed fast.

Went with adult grandkids. OK food. Good service. Noisy place. Clearly a young crowd. Why would a young woman have tattoo on her chest that says "love sucks"? We wouldn't rush back to eat there again.

Stopped in with my family for brunch. Had the biscuits with chorizo gravy. It was really good. Our waitress was very attentive and the service was quick.

I wasn't keen on the food but thats honestly just me. The service was great! Usually some places make you feel claustrophobic, but the design of this place is very open. It's a very laid back place to have dinner with family or friends.
