The food is authentic and delicious. Love the Peking Duck, general Tsaos chicken, Crispy Beef, eggplant in chili sauce . Small pour on cocktails.

The title may be an oxymoron but it fits. Not your typical menu though you can get the usual if you search or ask. Food is excellent. Service usually good but can be slow. Presentation above average. Try the three way duck and be wowed. Always crowded and with good reason. Can takeout also but you lose a little on... More

I go here three to four times a year when I am in Southfield on business. I love their food and the service is pretty good too. The servers area belt o speak clear enough English to give recommendations and advice. The soups are good, great egg rolls and I have never had a better Almond Boneless Chicken anywhere! I... More

If you're looking for a very good chinese food, this is the option. All the staff is kind and there are many options in the menu. The iconic dish is the Peking duck that is perfectly chopped on the dinner table.

We were looking for something tasty and Hong Hua did not disappoint! May was great and we wished we'd have gotten the duck! Out food was still delicious, but all we kept seeing coming out of the kitchen one after the other was the Peking duck!

Hong Hua serves great Chinese food cooked in a gourmet style. The food is very delicious and you want to go back to the 2nd round.

The duck is an exquisite presentation and enough for 4 if additional side dishes are added. My only complaint is that it was not served with crepes but with won ton wrappers. Disappointing. The lunch menu is limited but the food is good. Many Asians dine here so I expect that speaks to the authenticity. We were seated in the... More

If I could give 0 stars I would. I think I've given enough chances for this place and they have managed to screw up every single time. This time has got to be probably the worst. I ordered beef with noodles, not beef with bean sprouts. I also ordered BONELESS chicken. Guess what it came with bones! I called to... More

Don't have many authentic Chinese restaurants here in Metro Detroit. Hong Hua is not on bar with those in Chinese concentrate locations like Toronto or New York. But comparing within Metro Detroit it's okay. I like their roast duck & lobster. Services were poor from front door receptionist to table server. From the time we walk-in. Met a stone-face (NO...
