Cozy and friendly atmosphere, but food overall was just mediocre. Had high expectations based on previous reviews. Desserts from display case were not good at all.

I had the French dip which was amazing. The Au jus was steaming hot and very tasty. Served with chips and a pickle, it was a very satisfying lunch. My fiance had the "Bada Bing" on sourdough. Unfortunately the bread fell apart easily and the sandwich lacked much meat. While tasty, not the best sandwich we've had.

I eat at Scovies about onc a week now to enjoy their fresh salads, homemade soups and awesome deli sandwiches. The wait staff is very attentive and returns to refill beverages as needed. The choices on the menu are extensive, plus there are frequent specials. If you cannot finish your salad or sandwich, they are happy to provide a carry... More

Healthy, friendly and cozy! All good for family of five. Three fussy girls ate every morsel. Fresh food. Delicious soup

Was recommended by a friend and was not disappointed at all! Nice menu with lots of choices ( was hard to pick just one) Will be back the next time in town.

I was pleasantly surprised that a recommendation was spot on especially, since I am from out of town and always rely on word of mouth. The first night I went to Grey Gables and was not pleased but Scovie's Gourment did go out of their way to fulfill my order and provide cutlery when I said it was a take-out... More

Scovies is a little gem of a restaurant. I've had everything from wonderful dinner entrees (such as a cherry glazed salmon) to their take-out soup and sandwiches. Everything has been extremely tasty and I've never experienced bad service. Love Scovie's!

Scovie's is visually interesting. The waitstaff is knowledgeable about the menu. We were not excited about our choices but would try the restaurant again but with different food choices.

Stopped in to Scovies after touring part of downtown Charlevoix. Just had a yummy soup and sandwich that were served quickly by a lovely waitress. Both were just delectable. We had a $5 glass of their house wine, which was surprisingly tasty and soothing. Had a great view of people walking by as well as the water. Our third excellent... More
