If you happen to be a vindictive person, and there is someone you really dislike, send them to this restaurant. I can only recall one worse dining experience in my life, and that instance resulted in food poisoning. This restaurant isn't going downhill, it is way down near the bottom of the hill. The service was poor, and our waitress... More

We were shocked to hear of such a claim and investigated it internally including inviting inspectional services to visit our location and with their support and our commitment to hospitality, it was found there was no grounds to substantiate such a claim. We have reached out to the guest to get his perspective and explained our thorough investigation to him.... More

I was excited to try the prix fixe meal at The People's Kitchen & Citizen Wine Bar. We arrived early for our reservation and had five star drinks and a charcuterie plate at Still & Stir. Great drinks, food, and service! Then we headed upstairs for dinner and the stars started falling away. The building is interesting and the decor... More

For years I have seen this restaurant receive rave reviews and have wanted to try it. Yesterday my wife and I arrived at 5:00 for a 5:30 reservation. The free valet parking was quite a perk; and when we were ready to leave, our car was delivered in under a minute. The tip to the valet driver was significantly less... More

Even though it was busy, expected for a Saturday night, they took very good care of us to find us a table. The hostess McKenzie was amazing, Very professional, sweet, and accommodating. Food is excellent, service was fast even with a full restaurant. DEFINITELY will come back

You wil not have to remind me to never return to this restaurant. Our party of 3 had 4:30 reservations (opening time). When we were seated, I politely asked the waitresses if the whole restaurant always smelled like wafting cigar smoke. She replied yes because its over a cigar bar. The smell was gross and thick. Ok then, we had... More

Apparently this place is mobbed at the weekends, but we were there on a Thursday, it was quiet, with excellent food, and possibly the deepest wine list in Worcester. The menu is not vast, probably only a dozen entrees, with only a Vegetable Lo Mein or Grilled Cheese (a VERY upscale grilled cheese) for vegetarians. The Prix Fixe menu is... More

This review is focused solely on Still & Stir, a professional cocktail bar that is part of the restaurant. Following a long day of classes, I enjoyed this renovated space of Worcester's history with several classmates. The mixed drinks are edgy with a decent selection of distilled and brewed selections - but I was particularly pleased with the Painkiller. To... More

It was a bitter cold night and we made a couple of wrong turns leaving the garage. We were frozen when we got to the restaurant. The bar was packed and getting fuller. We smartly had made reservations and were quickly ushered upstairs. Our server Gina came right over, saw how cold we were and brought us mugs of hot... More

We had dinner upstairs at the People's Kitchen in downtown Worcester, Massachusetts and were very pleased with our experience. The food was very good, starting with a first choice of cheeses chosen from a creative selection. Our entrees were well prepared with vegetables cooked to just the right level of doneness. The one exception were some potatoes that were underdone.... More
