Friendly staff, great comfort food. Awesome clam chowder and fish n chips, but not many options for dessert. Reasonably priced

My wife and I eat here frequently. The food is fresh, well made and the service is great. There is never a wait.

I love this place. I grew up near one and always loved to get pancakes at dinner. The only thing I can eat here is pancakes and the other one is the only reason why I am happy they are still around is THE BIG APPLE!

Nice selection, service was too slow (due to a big party they say that was in another area), close to highway, parking was limited so if you're there at peak times on weekends, it might be hard to park

Mediocre at best. Old facility. Needs a deep cleaning. Food was hot and fresh. Buffet is no frills and haphazardly set up. A more permanent buffet setup would look better than chafing dishes on tables.

Very limited menu, fair service. I was not impressed. Lots of screaming kids. Don't think I will return.

We ate breakfast here on a recent Sunday morning. Portions are generous. Prices are more than reasonable. Nothing gourmet but nothing greasy either. I had a short stack of pancakes and two scrambled eggs; my spouse had French toast plus bacon (add two eggs for 40 cents more), coffee and hot chocolate for $17. The place gets crowded on Sunday... I've been coming here for roughly ten years now and have never once been disappointed. Today was no exception. My breakfast of French Toast Supreme with scrabbled eggs and bacon with a side of corned beef has was delish. Our waitress was a true, friendly and efficient Pro. Some people say their menu hadn't changed in years but that's exactly... More

Bickfords was such a welcome surprise. On Saturday night, we ate at one of Boston's "best" restaurants, Smith and Willensky; we spent 400+ on such average food with such poor service. On Sunday, we decided to go to the quaint Bickford's Family Restaurant right near our Marriott in Woburn. For about $40+ we had drinks, great clam chowder and incredible... More

This place has been around forever. Sure the tables, seats, and menus could all use a good wipe down but breakfast quality is consistent, the big Apple is usually worth the wait! Lunch sandwiches are good too and love their fries (frozen). Place used to be 24/7 and was the spot after a night of clubbing. It is now the... More
