Waited nearly an hour for entrees despite several false assurances that food would be arriving in minutes. Appears to be a problem with management organization, work flow. Made what would have been a fine dinner a real disappointment.

Lots of veggie tapas on the menu and some great sides. Service was very attentive and a great place to sit and catch up with friends - the tres leches was great along with the tostones with aoili and chickpea/spinach. Other tapas were not quite...More

This is a small restaurant on Main St in Waltham. The "Small plates" are probably the best choices, and there are several to choose from. The beet salad is delicious and colorful. My wife and her friend had several more small plates. The Pork dish...More

Cozy restaurant with a unique variety of small and main dishes. We shared the beet salad and had the seafood stew and pulled pork, and were quite satisfied. There were numerous vegetarian options and a nice, but not overwhelming, wine and beer selection, as well...More

Waltham has plenty of great restaurants, but this one is truly special. Adorable atmosphere, charming staff, and fantastic Cuban-inspired dishes. Even the non-alcoholic beverages were a delight. Great options for non-meat eaters. Highly recommend. Can't wait to go back for dinner.

The word Gustazo means great pleasure and “darse or dar un Gustazo” means to treat oneself or someone else to something special. Located in the heart of downtown Waltham overlooking the Common, Gustazo aims to bring authentic Cuban flavors to the vibrant Boston restaurant scene. Its festive and original decor embodies the spirit of Havana, with elements of Spanish colonial architecture, reminiscence of the 1950s and colorful Cuban modern art. In the kitchen, modern interpretations of classic Cuban dishes are crafted daily with the best available ingredients. When visiting this lively neighborhood restaurant, savoring our authentic Cuban fare and listening to our carefully selected compilation of Cuban music, we aim that you our guest, will have a Gustazo!
