Great food, outstanding value. More like a mothers cooking than a typical restaurant. A true bang for your buck place, Tewksbury has a few really good Italian restaurants, don’t miss out on this one

The server was very good She didn't miss a beat.the food was excellent, real home cooked taste. We, the wife and I,both know the resturant scene.this place is really good.It will stack up against any place in Tewksbury. Has a mom and pop atmosphere. If you...know food , you will appreciate the suttle spices.Whomever is the chef knows their stuff.More
I ordered the pasta with ricotta, prosciutto and peas and it was awful! The flavor was so bland and I ended up throwing most of it out! There are so many Italian restaurants in Tewksbury with delicious food. Don’t waste your money here!!
since, night before we had pretty bad experience with "Italian" food, we decided to try the same at the different place. That was the treat, their subs are simply and absolutely tasty. Salads great, Service great. and, on the top of it, prices are extremely...reasonable. We highly recommend this place. We love it!More
My friend and I enjoyed a terrific meal here in June, 2021. The food was superb! We had an antipasto that was oversized and delicious. My Chicken Marsala was excellent. The house red wines were very nice as well. With reasonable prices and a very...friendly staff, we will be back soon.More
My wife and I stopped in for lunch. This was our first time there and happy we did stop. Small casual place with North End of Boston vibe. We both had chicken cutlet sandwiches that were very fresh and large. Prices are more than reasonable....Service was good and low key family type atmosphere. Will definitely return for lunch or dinner in the near future. I think they have live music some nightsMore
First time I've been here. Food is awesome and reasonable. Will go again. Nice fresh rolls and the meatballs are great.
Had gone out earlier in the day to do some errands. After being out and busy for a few hours decided to take a break. Stopped into Cafe Sicilia to get some lunch.
This is the first time we went to this restaurant. We did take out. The meals were plentiful and good. We got the ravioli's, Eggplant and Chicken Palm dinners. Quaint little place. I always see people dining outside and have always wanted to try eating...there. This was our chance and we are pleasantly surprised by the means. We will order there again.More
Sometimes you just look for a little something different in town. This is a small place that you can drive by in the blink of an eye. But you shouldn't. Stop in and enjoy a little Italian hidden gem. Straight from East Boston, they bring...the homemade classic Italian dishes to town. They even have tripe on certain days. They have a little outside patio in the warmer weather and sometimes have live entertainment. The food is good and the portions are big. The subs weigh a ton and the meatballs are really good. You can really "roll" out of here, in a good way.More
first time here, had 3 different subs, all very fresh and very big. very friendly owner, very reasonable prices, will definitely be back.
Cafe Sicilia has some of the best Italian food around. Their baked haddock is wonderful. The salads are fresh and generous. The ravioli is the best I've ever had and the sauce is delicious. Now to the best part, the dessert! Choosing between the fresh made...cannoli and the chocolate gelato is tough. Sometimes I have both! We love the friendly, cozy atmosphere and weather permitting, they have outdoor dining and music.More
We have recently been advised to try out Cafe Sicilia as they make pretty good subs. Specifically the Meatball sub, as we did.. It was Very good with Lots of Meat balls, and not overwhelmed in sauce. the Sub roll was very fresh. The Gentleman...that served Us (Think the Owner) Was very outgoing and didn't mind my chit chat. He mentioned they have music entertainment on weekends. There was other choices other than subs that we will have to try next time.. Will Definitely Return..More
Cafe Sicilia is a small venue with only 3 tables and counter service. Don't be fooled by the size. The taste of the food is gigantic. My wife and I enjoy the gnocchi with red sauce at supper. Over the past few weeks i have...stopped by for lunch and have had coldcut subs, tuna, veal parm and chicken parm. Its like eating in East Boston without traveling down Rt 93. They have a wine, beer and cordial license. For a real taste of Italy, finish off dinner with an expresso and a gelato. All the food is fresh and made to order. The sauce is amazing. The owner, Joe is always around and loves to stop by your table for good conversation.More
