I don’t usually go out for Mexican food but if I had a place like this where I live, I’d go a lot. Most Mexican food in the US is mostly Tex Mex. Not this. This is nopals, moles, slow-simmered meats, delicious beans, rice done...More
Add 'Mexican' coffee seasoned with cinnamon and a touch of cocoa and fried plantains. One of the best 'authntic' Mexican vs American Mexican food restaurants around in my opinion. I have never been disappointed here. Great for lunch and dinner too. My daughter loved the...More
We recently ate here coming from California where Mexican food is a staple. The pricing was quite high and the restaurant older. We had little kids with us (12, 8 and 4). Soft drinks were ridiculously priced-- 3.50 for a lemonade in a child's cup...More

Amazing Oaxacan food. The spicy hot chocolate is wonderful, and all of the dishes I've tried have been unique and delicious.
Unassuming but superb dishes that are not the typical us Mexican restaurant fare. This place is probably my favorite mexican restaurant in Boston
