Gypsy Apple is so tiny that it would be easy to miss amid the other modest storefront spaces on Bridge Street. But try not to miss it, especially if you want a superb dining experience and a long, intimate conversation with a special friend. You won't be disappointed. Reservations are a must. This is a small place with only about... More

The restaurant is a small homey yet elegant space. The service was good. Pate appetizer and ceasar salad to start were quite special, not ordinary fare. Risotto side dish was amazing. Chicken was tender and moist, Steak grilled to medium rare perfectly and the presentation of all the dishes were lovely.

And, I have been smitten ever since. Up until a year ago, I lived in CT and I would make the 2 hour trek to Shelburne Falls to dine at Gypsy... More

Recently attended a birthday party at the Gypsy Apple and the food was outstanding. From the appetizers to the desserts, the food was excellent. Very casual place; very high end food.

It begins the moment you walk in... This place has it all! Incredible ambience. This is an intimate restaurant. It has a very warm decor and fantastic art adorns the walls. You are always greeted like an old friend coming over for dinner by the wait staff. The warm bread served with fresh butter and olive tapenade is a great... More

This very intimate little restaurant is located in a former storefront on the corner of an early 1900 building at the beginning of very picturesque Bridge Street in this lovely old Berkshire town. It may difficult to get last minute reservations because it's only open Thursday through Sunday and is very popular within this area of the Berkshires, so plan... More

We decided to check out this small bistro in my old childhood neighborhood for my birthday celebration. It was cozy, charming, and delicious. Service was slow, but it felt like it was intentionality slow, so you could actually enjoy your meal.
