My very first time at Bertucci's and definitely my last. I asked for water which had a bug and hair at the bottom of the cup, and when I asked for another drink it took the waitress about 20 min to bring it to me . Then she brings "freshly" made bread which had hair on it . When I... More
Where do i start.... about 4-5 min after we were seated another couple was seated across the way from us. About five minutes later we noticed they received the complimentary bread. At this point our waiter had not come to our table. I flagged a passing waiter down and he stated he would find out who our waiter was. That... More
Mm mm...rolls with peppery olive oil, farmers salad, chicken piccata and don't forget a nice glass of wine. With friends? Share the antipasto. I love this particular bertuccis it's spacious, they never hurry you and the waitstaff are helpful and friendly.

No trip to the movies is complete without stopping by Bertucci's for their luncheon special (salad, rolls, and a menucci for $7.99!) and a half-carafe of Moscato sangria served by the happy, friendly wait staff. Go ahead, treat yoursef - we do almost every week!
This company y is wonderful about helping with dietary restrictions, and staff seem knowledgeable re dietary restrictions. Wonderful exotic pizza every time! I must admit, however, that I can never get enough of their rolls! So yummy, just plain, with nothing else needed!
