Great service today from Darrin. We had the lobster roll and the lobster mac. Both tasty. They also accommodated our doctored up request for a bloody mary. Had the place to our selves for lunch. Furnishings are nice and the cozy fireplace was going.

The Crown is one of those places, until it burned to the ground, that every gay person that visited P-Town went to. It was rebuilt years ago and the Restaurant is superb. I come to Provincetown twice a year and go to different places for...More

I dined at the bar at Central House. The service was excellent as was the food. My steak frites was perfectly cooked, served warm with in-house fries.

Was really impressed with the decor, plush seating, choice of food and creativity on the menu. Of course there's a big selection of local seafood, but the chef included vegetarian and vegan options. The wine list was surprising, THANK YOU!

We ate here twice during our stay in Provincetown. The setting is on a corner with good viewing of the Commercial Street parade. The Lobster Mac and Cheese was awful. Not enough lobster, overall dry, too many cheeses without enough taste. I didn’t finish the...More

Ali I am sorry for your displeasure with the 2 entrees you selected and the "tone" of the review seems a bit personal towards my chef's "sensibilities" . I have never encountered that description of her menu items. Please accept my personal apology and wish...More

We were only there for drinks, which were fine, but P-town costly ($5 coffee), but had to sit outside the bar because the piano bar singer was too loud to enjoy. Although the restaurant was closed we were welcomed to sit there with our drinks.

Some extremely rude staff . When I complained, they refused to get the on-site manager. The most bizarre dining/bar experience that I have ever had.More

Description
Central House at the Crown We believe good farming is worthwhile, and that it makes better food. We buy from small farmers who raise their animals outdoors, in grass and trees - not on corn and hormones. We buy heritage breeds that Americans have conserved for generations. Our seafood comes directly from New England waters. Our vegetables are as local as the season permits and we buy organic whenever possible. We seek out food that supports our values, and we think you will notice the difference. Please join us, and enjoy some truly good food.
