When we get back to Pittsfield we always try to eat at Elizabeth's Restaurant which is consistently good. It's small and I would definitely recommend having reservations. It may be a bit hard to find because it is in an old house that is tucked away near the old GE plant in an industrial area. And one needs to be... More

An old house that never should have been a restaurant. Service is spotty because servers must carry food up the stairs, unless you get one of the tables "in the Kitchen " where it's too warm to be comfortable. All but 2 dishes ("specials") are pasta. The food is tasty. A generous salad is included. No where is it mentioned... More

For people traveling to or through Pittsfield, Ma., give yourselves the gift of dinner at Elizabeth's Restaurant. The restaurant won't win any prize for style or decor -- it's an old house in what looked like the industrial part of the city. But the food!! Delicious! The salad with all fresh ingredients was served in a big bowl, family style.... More

This restaurant is in a renovated two-family home in a business/residential area. Pink in its outside clapboards, it serves only from a small menu. Though the food is good, the space is tight.

Elizabeth's is a unique dining experience with mainly vegetarian pasta dishes as staples and a meat/chicken dish and a fish dish as specials - The food is creative, flavorful and fresh. Fish is always outstanding such as cod in parchment with fresh vegetables. The presentation is artistic. Every entree comes with a house salad. The salad is a meal In... More

We've eaten here twice, and were more impressed with it the first time than the second. The food was excellent on our first visit, very good on our second. Our server was sweet, patient and informative, but the when we arrived 8 minutes late for our reservation, we got an earful from the owner. By the same token, he cares... More

We love this place. Great food. Requires a reservation. The cod special in parchment paper with spinach was delicious. They get you in and out in an hour. Definitely recommend!

Rude, loud and a lack of atmosphere make this local restaurant a popular spot. But, not for us. We left vowing never to return. It left a bad taste in our mouth.
