Super casual setting with real fresh seafood. What more can you ask when you're visiting the area? It's about the seafood, folks!

My friend & I were traveling the east coast & ended up having lunch here. We had clam chowder & a variety platter of fried seafood. Truthfully, so much food and it was delicious. Restaurant wasn't much to look at but the food was good. Would definitely return if in the area.

My husband and I discovered the Sea Witch on our honeymoon in October 2008. It was advertised in the back of the hotel guide book. It doesn't look like much. It's definitely not a tourist attraction. On one side is the seafood market and on the other is the bar and restaurant. While it is very much a local establishment... More

We are 2 very hard working people. We were given a couple of Gift Certificates totaling $30.00 to the Sea Witch Restaurant. My husband and I went to enjoy a nice meal to have the owner refuse to honor the Gift Certificates. He said that the restaurant has changed hands (he is still using the same name) and the certificates... More

We rarely get good seafood in Colorado, so it was great to have such a huge selection of fresh fish. We oppted for lobsters and were not disappointed. Its a very casual place and very noisy, but I would eat there again.

I have friends who visited us this winter and I brought them here. We all enjoyed our food. Their lobster roll was very good. I feel like they put 3 servings in one -- very generous. Great place to eat seafood, very fresh.

In New England we have some of the best seafood on earth. But you won't find it here. Average at best, overpriced.

I was hoping this was going to be better. It was OK but not great. Maybe the time of year makes a difference. Service was outstanding. Ordered steamers (not real tasty); shared crab cakes ( good); clam chowder (OK, but not worth the calories); scallops were outstanding.

We end up this restaurant to try sea food after searching for restaurant around that area. Very satisfied with the sea food and awesome taste. Decided to hit this one at least once a month.

Seawitch has reliable New England seafood dishes without the long drive to Essex or Ipswich. The lobster rolls are great, and can be ordered the usual cold way, or warm with drawn butter, which is my favorite. The fried platters are ample and yummy.
