Their potato salad is to die for. Brunch here is great too. They have everything here. They tend to get busy, but everything is quick.

The unassuming exterior in Waban center, opens to a front deli, with tables in the left side of the establishment. No frills, and a great selection. - One of the best knishes (ground meat) I have ever had. The Reuben was fresh, the marble rye bread OK, but piled high with a great amount of meat, and just the right... More

Great deli in our neighborhood with a recent change in ownership. Our concerns were not warranted as the great deli sandwiches (and the potato salad) have not lost their high quality. Reubens, turkey reubens, rachels, etc are all great if only the bread were better. One concern again is the low quality of the rye bread. Not as gruff as... More

This is the place for good corned beef or a reuben or even tongue. Too bad the rye bread is not so good - it lacks the heft and tang of the real thing. Cole slaw and potato salad are decent, as are the pickles

A big disappointment - trying to be like a New York deli and failing in a number of ways, except for the prices. Some of the staff was rude, the tables for 2 were tiny, the chairs were very uncomfortable, 2 very small slices of lox cost $4.00, and my chopped liver was just so-so. To top it off, the... More

I grew up in NYC, and Barry's reminds me of the deli food I used to know and love. Portions are generous, and the menu is extensive. Display case service for take home.

Two of us ordered the veggie omelette and one ordered with meat. All were delicious! The coffee was pretty good too! All around good and budget- friendly diner.

This is as close as you could get to a New York deli around the western suburbs. Fresh and delicious pastrami (regular or lean) piled high on a variety of breads. I prefer eating in rather than taking out because the juicy meats destroy the bread in fairly short order.

Had a lunch at Barry's with a business associate. The waitress was great. They had a sign on the door today "Closing at 2pm", because of the snowstorm. No problem I thought, I'll pick up the pound of corned beef my wife asked for, after lunch as I'm leaving. So as I'm leaving I ask if I can get a... More
