A Angie's has been a landmark in Newburyport for years. It is an ideal place for breakfast and lunch and a place to make sure you connect with friends and make new ones. Angie's has a variety of breakfast dishes. Located on the very active Pleasant Street it is fun to sit near a window and watch all the people... More

Most weeks I eat at Angie's a couple of times, and so do a lot of people. There's a lot about Angie's that I love. The baked beans are the best in town. The split pea soup on Thursdays is tops; the soups are generally quite good. The servers recognize the regulars and tend to be easy to like. I... More

I apologize for tagging as "greasy spoon" this place, but it is meant to be in a benevolent way. This joint is busy crazy on a Sunday morning and their offerings are great, typical of old style breakfast food of the cholesterol kind. Try their eggs (good quality) and their pork products, you will love it. Fast, New England style... More

Whenever I'm in Newburyport, I have breakfast at Angie's. Super-fast, pleasant, friendly service. Food's great, reasonable prices, nice neighborhood vibe.

My go-to breakfast place is Angies-go hungry! You'll leave happy. Try them for lunch, too! Soups are always very good and the grilled cheese is always made just right.

This place is a favorite of ours. I'm from the area and fondly remember lunches with my father in this very special diner. The food is always great. Soups sandwiches plates of Greek food that the staff will help you pronounce. Everyone who works there is pleasant professional and helpful. If you like good food pleasant service in a clean... We had a delicious breakfast and fun chats with the wait staff. This place was packed on a Sunday late morning and the only available seats were at the counter. As such we could watch the food being prepared and the variety of plate coming down the line. It took us quite a while to decide on which type of... More

I went there for a quick breakfast after looking around this small town. Despite many reviews and many people inside, I found the place just an average. I ordered Angie's Specialty (two eggs, sausage, two pancakes, wheat toasts) - ordered over-easy but came out over-hard. Maybe it was me - not sleeping at all the night before - but there... More
