I last reviewed Bistrot de Soleil in 2014. We recently returned and I am happy to report that the food is still supurb. The lamb lollipops appetizer was fantastic. 3 meaty and tender pieces of lamb served on a bed of pancetta braised white beans and vegetables was hearty enough to stand as a meal if accompanied by another appetizer... So a close friend and I walked into the Bistro de Solleil tonight on a whim, we saw a desk with a book that looked like a hostess stand and stood in front of it. Multiple waiters and waitress maneuvered around us as we stood and waited for 10 minutes. We could see there were tables that would be available... More

I had the flounder this week at the Bistrot. It was one of the best fish dishes I have ever experienced. My friends and I paid $28 for the fixed price dinner including wine, salad or soup etc., entrée, and dessert. It was outstanding. The Bistrot has a warm and romantic atmosphere and feels like a small Manhattan restaurant in... More

Went to this resteraunt on a Friday night with a party of 6. Thought it would be busy but the place was dead. I read some reviews online that were not favorably but we wanted to form our own opinion. We all loved it. We chose from the prefix menu for 28$. Glass of wine, app, entree and dessert. Everything... More

This is a long-past-due review. We selected this restaurant for a family dinner (this past July) in celebration of our 35th wedding anniversary after enjoying a dinner there the prior year when we were visiting. There were 4 or us from the Chicago area and 5 (including a baby) from the Cape. Arrangements were made with Mr. Santos well in... More

We had to walk for 20 minutes to get to it but it was worth every step! It was quiet as we arrived but we were made to feel at home by our waitress. I chose from the fixed price menu & my wife went "off piste" ; both of us thoroughly enjoyed the food, wine & beer. A memorable... More

Went for dinner for a family birthday. We were there for 5 seating so would expect full menu. but after ordering the soft shell crabs were then told there was only one crab remaining. They had also run out of another entree and one dessert. So disappointing "special" dinner to try and introduce the place to friends. They won't be... More

Couldn't stop drinking it !!! The risotto calabrese was rich, creamy and Devine. The waitstaff was highly attentive and kind and the decor and atmosphere was... More

We had dinner at Bistrot de Soleil before attending a 8 pm show at the Melody Tent. Was seated promptly for our 6pm reservation and was asked if we were attending the show. The evening started off well with our server proving our drinks quickly. We ordered our dinners as soon as our drinks came. At 7pm we still had... More
