We tried it for the first time yesterday. The most difficult part was selecting a beer. After much deliberation I stuck with a seasonal favorite and went for Octoberfest. It was unique and different, but quite delicious. To wash down the beer I had the...More

This is a pub serving its own craft beer plus food to match. The food was good (we had two Asian-influenced dishes) and so was the beer. Staff friendly and hapy to advise about the beers (although list of beers comes with extensive tasting notes...More

A classic stop for anyone in Greenfield. This is a long-standing establishment with good food and character, and good beer. Within walking distance to many other things downtown.

Stopped in for a beer after hiking in the Berkshires. A flight of IPA's and a Natural Blonde were all excellent. But the best part was the staff. I live outside of Boston, and unfortunately I left my prescription glasses there. When I called the...More

I can't believe we never ate here before. I guess I didn't realize that there was as much of a food menu as there is. The beer is first rate. I tried the server's recommendation of the Training Wheels as I like IPA, but wanted...More

We stopped in here on our Western MA brewery tour. My husband got a beer sampler (I tasted all of them) and I had the homemade soda. The beer was pretty tasty and I wish I tried more but I was the driver! The homemade...More

Description
We brew our own beers at our brewery on Hope Street; we bake our own desserts; and our bar and kitchen menu has a variety of meals and appetizers that we hope will satisfy you. Whenever possible we serve organic foods supplied by local growers and producers. Our dishes are oriented around seasonal New England fruits and vegetables supplied by local farmers. Our priority is not only to provide you with fresh drinks and tasty food but to do it with as little waste as possible. You might notice that no disposable plastic and a minimum of paper items will appear on your table. Also, you may be pleased to know that all kitchen and dining room food scraps are composted and all plastic, cardboard, paper, glass and metal is recycled. Our brewery grain is fed to pigs and goats in Gill. As a result, even on our busiest night, we have not disposed of more than one barrel of trash. We hope that the knowledge of your participation in this ongoing act of environmental goodwill enhances the time you spend at The People's Pint.
